Located right in the heart of Science Parks, SPL provides last mile service to clients in the Science Parks and satisfies them with the JIT requirements or the VMI model. SPL can also act as a business agent in Taiwan for our overseas clients.

Both bonded and non-bonded (duty-paid) storage space are available in SPL. Moreover, SPL has open yard space approved by customs to store heavy and overhang cargo in bonded status.

In addition to temperature & humidity stabilized warehouse, SPL has constructed temperature-controlled warehouses of various temperature levels. The public hazardous materials warehouse is the very first and the only one in Southern Taiwan Science Park.

The multi-level temperature-controlled and temperature & humidity stabilized warehoused are suitable for the storage requirements of the equipment and materials used in "advanced wafer production processes" of semiconductor manufacturing industry. SPL has strict controlling procedures on temperature and humidity, monitored by 24-hr system and personnel.

SPL’s professional capabilities of chemical warehouse management resolve the problems of excessive volumes of chemicals stored at our clients’ premises.

The import & export terminal of SPL is the only place in the Science Parks where clients can have customs declarations and speedily be released by customs. Clients in the Science Parks can also apply to customs for “extended warehouse” by using SPL’s warehouse to reduce their warehouse setup costs and focus on their core businesses.

All kinds of cargo can be stored at SPL warehouse, we accommodate small parts such as screws up to highly sensitive overhang equipment by tailor-made planning and by using various types of racks and forklifts.
